Submission Terms for Listings

Thank you for listing your service on Central Oregon Psychedelic (COP)! Before you proceed to submit your listing, it’s important to review and accept our Submission Terms. These terms are designed to ensure the integrity and quality of the information provided on our website. By submitting your listing, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Accuracy of Information:
   • You affirm that all information provided in your listing is accurate, current, and complete.
   • You will update your listing promptly should any information change to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
2. Eligibility and Credentials:
   • You represent that you are legally permitted to offer the services listed and possess all necessary qualifications, credentials, and licenses as required by law.
   • Your services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing psychedelic substances and therapies.
3. Content Standards:
   • Your listing must not contain any false, misleading, or deceptive information.
   • You must not include any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or promotes discrimination, hatred, or harm against any individual or group.
   • You are prohibited from including any content that violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person.
4. Privacy and Data Protection:
   • You agree to respect the privacy of clients and users and to protect their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
   • You must not collect users’ data without their express consent nor use it for any unauthorized purposes.
5. Use of Platform:
   • You may not use our platform for any fraudulent purposes or engage in activities that adversely affect the operations or security of the platform.
   • You agree not to distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the platform or the interests or property of other users.
6. Indemnification:
   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our platform, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, or your violation of these terms.
7. Modification and Termination:
   • We reserve the right to modify or terminate your listing for any reason, at any time, without prior notice, especially if we determine that your listing or conduct violates our Submission Terms or any applicable law.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
   • By submitting your listing, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not submit your listing.
