🌻 Come join us for, Outside Within, a psychedelic integration practice focused on exploring and supporting connection and relationship outside and in.
🌸 Each session we will explore beautiful Shevlin Park through themed practices meant to invoke creative connection, conscious conversation, and cultivate community with others who are walking a similar path with psychedelic medicines to heal individually and collectively.
🌷 We are a confidential, open, inclusive, community-based group for all genders to prepare for and integrate psychedelic experiences and expanded states of consciousness. All genders welcome!
🌼 Participants will have the opportunity to: center, process, learn, and connect with nature in a safe and supportive community.
What time & Where do we meet?
✨ The group begins promptly at 6pm at Shevlin Park in Bend – please plan to arrive a few minutes early to find parking, use the restroom and find the group.
✨ We will meet at the restrooms in Shevlin Park. There is parking near the restrooms as well as near the entrance to the park.
What do I need to bring?
🌱 Dress accordingly for the current weather conditions.
🌿 Bring water and a towel to sit on as we’ll be wandering through the park and will not always have a table to sit at.
🍃 Wear comfortable shoes to walk in as we’ll be wandering through the park, walking over natural obstacles, and through rocks/underbrush.
If you have mobility restrictions, please contact us prior to the meeting so we can support you accordingly.
🙏 $15 – $30 Sliding Scale Offering (those who have the means to pay on the higher end of the scale scholarship those who are able to afford less). Please reach out individually if you want to attend, but cost is a barrier. No one will be turned away.

The Facilitators:
🌲 Kate Robinson is a certified Addiction Recovery & Psycho-Spiritual Psychedelic Integration Coach who supports beautiful humans who are transforming their inner and outer lives through psychedelic mentorship. Over the last six years she has alchemized her spiritual, emotional, and physical pain into transformation through conscious creative integration focused on cultivating connection through play. With experience as a guide, mentoree, facilitator trainer, and integration coach, Kate is dedicated to helping others create intimate relationships with Self and the world around them.
🌵Lee Douglas is a somatic psychotherapist in private practice who specializes in psychedelic integration, psycholytic psychotherapy & nature-based therapy. Lee studied Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Wilderness Therapy at Naropa University — his experience & interest in plant medicines and intentional community processing spaces began in 2006 in his home state of Colorado. He brings great joy, humility & reverence to the co-creation of each circle.
